About the role Provide administrative support to various company departments; Assist in updating and maintaining spreadsheets, records, documents, and internal systems; Organize physical and digital files, keeping documentation current and accessible; Perform external errands, such as sending documents, equipment, or correspondence, when necessary; Support administrative logistics activities, including receiving materials, managing office supply inventory, and sending correspondence; Handle internal and external communication (phone, email, and in-person), directing requests to the appropriate teams; Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including data entry, verifications, and bank reconciliations; Support the electronic invoicing (NF-e) process in accordance with established guidelines; Support human resources processes such as timekeeping, document distribution, onboarding administration, vacation scheduling, and terminations; Assist with benefits administration, employee documentation management, and general HR support routines; Conduct supplier quotations, book airline tickets, arrange hotel reservations, and perform other logistical support activities. Requirements High school diploma required; currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – intermediate level; Basic knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems – desirable; Basic understanding of administrative and financial procedures; Organized and detail-oriented; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactive and eager to learn; Ability to work effectively in a team; Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential information.
