About the role

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial strategy with operational execution across the MedSurg business.
  • Drive business and financial performance by enabling commercialization readiness and strengthening supply continuity.
  • Translate strategic priorities into coordinated programs that enhance operational alignment and improve customer outcomes.
  • Partner with commercial teams to identify opportunities and support customer-aligned execution strategies.
  • Enhance transparency and communication through proactive stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 4 years of project management experience.
  • High school/GED AND 6 years of supply chain or operations experience AND 6 years of project management experience.
  • Experience working with demand planning, operations, procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Experience working with marketing, sales, or commercial operations teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and influence the outcome.
  • Strong program or project management experience leading medium to large initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and influencing skills without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
