About the role

  • Own upstream strategy execution for assigned categories (e.g., adhesives, cements, composites, prevention)
  • Conduct market analysis, VOC research, and white space identification to inform product concepts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in upstream marketing, program management, product strategy, innovation, or technical roles
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
