About the role

  • Lead a high‑impact team of Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers
  • Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the Warehousing CoE
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards and performance expectations for warehousing processes
  • Drive performance excellence through the DC Network
  • Foster a global quality and compliance culture within the 3PL network
  • Lead the design and implementation of future-state warehousing capabilities
  • Partner with Digital Supply Chain / IT to evaluate and deploy warehousing technologies
  • Cooperate with Logistics Procurement to continuously improve outsourcing and DC tendering capabilities
  • Partner with regional logistics teams to understand business needs
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Define KPIs and monitor performance of warehousing programs and outsourced providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business
  • twelve (12) years of progressive experience in warehousing management, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Master’s Degree or higher
  • Experience in change management, leading global warehousing programs and managing outsourced providers.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, GDP and experience managing Dangerous Goods and Medical devices.
  • Experience with Business Transformation in similar strategic functions, including ERP deployments and/or integrations.
  • Demonstrated Lean / Six Sigma expertise.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Deep knowledge of warehousing technologies, automation, analytics, and best practices in outsourced/3PL environments.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
