About the role

  • Lead the centralized US Workforce Relations function supporting all non‑production, non‑plant leaders.
  • Serve as the senior advisor and escalation point for complex workforce matters.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee and labor relations, conflict management, and performance management.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Workforce Relations advisors.
  • Foster a culture of fairness, consistency, and accountability.
  • Define and implement SLAs, metrics, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing US employee relations
  • Experience establishing and scaling a centralized ER team
  • Experience in process design and improvement
  • Deep expertise in employee and labor relations
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly effective coaching and advising skills
  • Experience operating within a matrixed, modern HR model
  • Data and results driven
