About the role

  • Driving activity metrics and maintaining a healthy CRM sales pipeline
  • Coaching the team on all aspects of the buying and selling process
  • Managing performance and driving important initiatives across the team and enterprise
  • Meeting/exceeding revenue growth targets
  • Leading and developing the Inside Sales team
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Building and executing a comprehensive sales plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of sales experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND nine (9) years of sales experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in people management
  • Knowledge of Sales tools, including SFDC, POS, Sales Aid, SalesLoft, and other team-specific tools
  • Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
