About the role
- Driving activity metrics and maintaining a healthy CRM sales pipeline
- Coaching the team on all aspects of the buying and selling process
- Managing performance and driving important initiatives across the team and enterprise
- Meeting/exceeding revenue growth targets
- Leading and developing the Inside Sales team
- Cultivating strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Building and executing a comprehensive sales plan
- Providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members
- Monitoring and managing team performance against sales quotas, productivity targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of sales experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND nine (9) years of sales experience
- Three (3) years of experience in people management
- Knowledge of Sales tools, including SFDC, POS, Sales Aid, SalesLoft, and other team-specific tools
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
