About the role
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to different departments and management
- Prepare and compile internal and governmental statistical reports
- Handle accounting Non-PO Country invoices, Pensions, Insurances, and other general ledger entries
- Analyze payroll accounts to ensure financial data compliance
- Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and resolution of discrepancies
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Collaborate with the shared service center and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize
