About the role
- Achievement of sales targets in your territory for the product portfolio
- Create relationships of trust with healthcare professionals at all levels (medical/financial)
- Fostering scientific and health economics knowledge in your daily activity
- Conversion of business opportunities
- CRM feed and management
- Compliance with Solventum's internal processes and conduct code
- Active management of your territory
- Development of action plans with the Marketing team and clinical managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Health Sciences, Dentistry and/or Business Administration, Economics
- Fluent Spanish and good English skills
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Experience in the dental sector is highly valued, preferably in orthodontic sales
- Additional management studies (ie: MBA), scientific or pharmaceutical field will be valued
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
