About the role
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationship in the assigned geography for the full portfolio to promote clinically integrated treatment pathways, both traditional and digital orthodontics
- Developing sales through commercial activities, relationships with customers (orthodontists and general dentists) through strategic targeting, segmentation, and consultative selling
- Responsible for achieving sales quotas and specific sales KPIs (touchpoints frequency, educational events and recruiting, coverage and new accounts acquisition)
- Executing marketing campaigns and undertake the lead qualification process
- Developing a strong knowledge of the Ortho market, competitors, products, to provide solutions-based approach, to be competitive and able to develop customers strategically
- Proactive cooperation with clinical specialist, marketing team and Distributors/Channel
- Daily use of CRM including reporting of activities
Requirements
- University education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) is preferable
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales (knowledge of the Orthodontics market is an advantage)
- Understanding of sales process and knowledge of selling techniques
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.com
- Digital savvy to be able to work with digital products of the future
- Good English knowledge
