About the role

  • Assist in onboarding and initial training for new employees.
  • Support continuous skill enhancement for current employees through structured training programs.
  • Provide training refreshers for employees returning from sick or maternity leave.
  • Conduct periodic refresher workshops to ensure ongoing competency.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and venue arrangements.
  • Develop and present training demos to illustrate key concepts and procedures.
  • Ensure consistency in training delivery through regular calibration sessions with senior trainers.
  • Prepare employees for new software releases by providing relevant training and updates.
  • Development of individual competencies that maximizes performance through goal setting and performance management.
  • May require processing production cases utilizing clinical knowledge to perform digital treatment setups for orthodontic and dental appliances.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Two-year of experience or university-technical degree in related field from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledgeable in different processes (data clean up, TxD, FMQC, among others.).
  • Advanced English B2
  • At least a minimum 1-year coaching teams.
  • Manage soft skills when interacting with our internal and external customers.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Creativity to implement new activities to the training sessions.
  • Knowledge in Demo cases.
  • Excellent “tracking” skills
  • Competent with web browsers and MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
