About the role

  • Support the adoption and clinical success of the Infection Prevention & MedTech portfolio in hospitals
  • Partner with multidisciplinary clinical teams to drive best-practice implementation
  • Deliver hands-on education and support evaluations
  • Provide post-implementation follow-up to ensure safe use and customer satisfaction
  • Lead clinical onboarding, workflow assessment, and implementation planning
  • Deliver product training for clinical staff and stakeholders
  • Provide on-site/remote clinical support during trials, conversions, and go-lives
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing , Public Health, Paramedic or related experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent (preferred)
  • 3+ years in hospital clinical practice and/or MedTech clinical specialist role
  • Strong exposure to wound care (surgical wounds, pressure injuries, diabetic foot, venous leg ulcers)
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working in operating rooms/wards
  • Willingness to travel within territory (often 50–80% depending on role design)
  • Fluent English (and Czech/Slovakian/Hungarian as a plus)
