About the role

  • Defining the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy
  • Owning business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in region
  • Leading new product launches in the United Stated and Canada
  • Driving growth through execution of portfolio programs
  • Defining and executing pricing strategies and decisions in line with global strategic direction
  • Collaborating with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on the implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Generating customer insights around customer experience, product/solution performance, competitive positioning, and new product opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience understanding customer needs and business objectives and translating into portfolio strategies (pricing, positioning, etc.)
  • Ability to use analytics to take projects effectively from analysis to insight and implementation
