• Integrating Citrix with Azure Active Directory, Azure networking (VNet, ExpressRoute) and Azure Security Services

• Technical support as part of our Citrix Managed Services
• Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of production Citrix environments
• Performing updates, patches and upgrades
• 2nd/3rd level support for complex technical issues
• Evaluating new Citrix and Azure features and assessing their potential for our clients
• Creating and maintaining best-practice documentation
• Delivering training sessions and workshops for customers
• Support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
• Developing and implementing best practices in the Citrix domain
