About the role
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies that align with our brand.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Track and analyze social media performance.
- Research industry trends and propose fresh, creative ideas for content.
- Engage with our audience—respond to messages, comments, and foster a community.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of social media management experience.
- Fluent English speaker with strong grammar skills (both written & spoken) - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
- Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging captions and ad copy.
- Creativity and a keen eye for branding, trends, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask.
- Availability to work on an EST schedule (Tampa, Florida time zone).
