About the role

  • Develop and execute engaging social media strategies that align with our brand.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media performance.
  • Research industry trends and propose fresh, creative ideas for content.
  • Engage with our audience—respond to messages, comments, and foster a community.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of social media management experience.
  • Fluent English speaker with strong grammar skills (both written & spoken) - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging captions and ad copy.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for branding, trends, and visual aesthetics.
  • Experience with G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Availability to work on an EST schedule (Tampa, Florida time zone).
