About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end design of a secure, governed, enterprise-scale Data Lakehouse platform for a FinTech organization
  • Define and implement future-proof security, governance, and interoperability strategies
  • Design end-to-end PII data protection strategy including tokenization and encryption
  • Implement secure ingestion patterns
  • Define data catalog strategy
  • Lead migration of legacy ETL pipelines into Lakehouse architecture
  • Establish CI/CD practices for pipelines and governance rules

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data consulting, AI, or related fields
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse
  • Proficient in Unity Catalog governance model
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Fabric and Power BI integration
  • Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Key Vault, Private Endpoints, Event Hubs)
  • Experience with data security practices including tokenization and encryption
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance, especially PCI-DSS implications on analytics
  • Fluent in English.
