About the role
- Lead project teams and manage overall engineering studies within budgets and timeframes
- Ensure effective communication, reporting, and coordination among disciplines from FEL 3 through execution
- Guarantee quality, technical integrity, and compliance of engineering deliverables
- Collaborate to optimize costs and ensure technical interfaces and site alignment
- Contribute to maintaining Solvay Standards and participating in cross-functional working groups
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering (Master's degree)
- Relevant work experience in multi-disciplinary design and engineering from FEL-1 to execution studies
- Competencies: adaptability and resilience in managing complex projects
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written)
- Experience with 3D piping models and P&ID design software
- International project experience is a strong asset
