About the role
- Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
- Follow up on these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures
- Follow up on material/service delivery on time
- Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
- Prioritize urgent requests
- Maintain close relationships with our customers
Requirements
- Relevant education degree.
- Relevant work experience in provisioning, accounting, customer service, or similar activities is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience working in SAP environment (plus).
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with Spanish as an appreciated additional language.
- Excel / office tools knowledge.
