About the role

  • Creation of Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Follow up on these Purchase orders mostly for delivery dates and prices in case of non-perfect matching, by applying the agreed tolerance rules/procedures
  • Follow up on material/service delivery on time
  • Manage customer requests via ticket or phone
  • Prioritize urgent requests
  • Maintain close relationships with our customers

Requirements

  • Relevant education degree.
  • Relevant work experience in provisioning, accounting, customer service, or similar activities is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience working in SAP environment (plus).
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with Spanish as an appreciated additional language.
  • Excel / office tools knowledge.
