About the role
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in collaboration with the leaders.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, and supports visitors exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Coordinate and organize arrangements for on-site meetings, special ceremonies, conferences, workshops, and/or lunches including hotel reservations, scheduling of facilities, menu selections, and preparations of agendas and programs.
- Submission of expenses and management of Purchase Orders (PO's) and invoice payment on SRM7/EZ BUY SAP and follow up.
- Management of catering, travels, hotels, transport.
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related.
- Relevant work experience of at least 3 years as an administrative assistant.
- Very good English level spoken and written; additional languages a plus.
- Strong Microsoft skills; experience with presentation tools, digital calendars, virtual meeting tools.
- SAP Knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills, and problem solving.
- High attention to detail.
- Professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information.
