About the role

  • Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance execution team, setting objectives and development plans and optimizing resources to ensure high safety standards, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses and lead improvement projects focused on enhancing safety, precision, and overall maintenance process performance.
  • Manage contractor performance (short- and long-term contracts) through KPI reviews, audits, and make-or-buy decisions, while monitoring quality, HSE, reliability, and productivity.
  • Develop and qualify new contractors for maintenance services and materials to boost productivity, increase reliability, and optimize asset lifecycle costs.
  • Support and lead risk and change management analyses (Management of Change - MoC) to mitigate impacts on safety and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenance.
  • CREA registration.
  • Knowledge of SAP PM and intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to set priorities and evaluate financial impacts.
