About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth with a hunter mentality in different regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential markets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align on the value proposition to the customers, negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, and track performance metrics and report on business development activities.
Requirements
- Relevant education with a Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent proven experience.
- Solid experience, at least 3-5 years, in Business Development or any related field, with a track record of delivering business impact.
- Fluent in English is mandatory and professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
