About the role
- Leading a multidisciplinary team (mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, automation).
- Coordinating preventive, curative, improvement, and modification interventions, while respecting cost, deadline, quality, and safety requirements.
- Driving change to improve the performance of the maintenance department.
- Improving equipment reliability.
- Actively participating in improving the culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in engineering or specialized field (mechanics, maintenance, electricity, instrumentation).
- Relevant work experience in heavy industry on sites with significant technical challenges.
- Strong knowledge of all maintenance levers: corrective, preventive and conditional.
- Solid command of reliability tools.
- Experience in managing complex technical shutdowns and facility modifications.
- Experience in leading investment projects.
- Fluent in English.
