About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to the SOLV team for newly onboarded PV Power Plants
Ensure peak performance of financials and compliance with all contractual obligations
Manage subcontractors and vendors for contract compliance
Develop relationships with Owners and SOLV team
Support SOLV Field team to meet contractual terms and maximize plant production
Responsible for onboarding of all aspects of facility
Manage project costs and owner invoicing process
Supervise project team according to Company policy
Ensure compliance with all contract terms
Analyze best practices in industry for system operations
Interface regularly with project owner and others for enhanced communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in Business Management preferred
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / monitoring software)
Proficiency and knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
Superior time management skills.
