About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate, implement, and monitor the Corporate Safety Programs at various project locations.
Provide electrical safety training and education.
Develop job specific safety plans and procedures, and see to implementation.
Inspect job sites to ensure Company Safety Program and OSHA compliance.
Investigate and analyze bodily injury and property damage accidents.
Lead investigation of near miss and reportable offenses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have or work to obtain safety certification such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, or CUSP.
BS in Occupational safety and health or 7 years in safety solar safety experience.
5 years’ experience in safety or safety related field.
Willing to travel 75%.
Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Through knowledge of NFPA 70e.
Ability to evaluate operations and maintenance work activities with respect to safety and loss control.
Ability to recognize and analyze company trends with respect to company accidents.
