About the role
- Assist the Project Manager in the administration and coordination of daily operations
- Support successful execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
- Lead the implementation of the project quality plan
- Review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members
- Perform document control functions during project execution
- Interpret project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons
- Coordinate delivery logistics with vendors
- Collect, maintain, and timely submit project closeout documentation
- Engage peers, managers, and other participants with lessons learned and innovative ideas for improvement
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing company and OSHA policies and procedures
Requirements
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independently
- Strong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practices
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate
