- Our client, an innovative, mission-driven medical technology organization, seeks a Lead Counsel to report to the General Counsel and partner with leadership and operational teams.
- Role focuses on commercial contracting, especially clinical contracting, with broad support across corporate, litigation, employment, and compliance.
- Growing organization with multiple products in development and a strong global clinical trials pipeline.
Requirements
- J.D. degree and active legal bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 5–8 years of combined law firm and in-house experience—strong preference for candidates with medical device or life sciences backgrounds.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts, notably clinical trial agreements; familiarity with U.S. and international clinical contracting is highly valued.
- Broad-based legal experience in litigation, employment, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Comfortable in a lean team setting, adept at balancing both strategic and hands-on work, and committed to delivering practical, business-first legal advice.
