About the role
- You will be responsible for generating commercial opportunities for our consultancy in people management, strategic recruitment and selection, HR implementation, organizational culture, etc.
- Conduct active (outbound) prospecting focused on the B2B market
- Identify decision-makers (HR, CEOs, managers) and generate genuine interest in our solution
- Schedule qualified sales meetings based on ICP criteria
- Work with contact cadences, CRM, and prospecting tools
- Monitor KPIs and collaborate with the team to optimize conversion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or B2B pre-sales
- Strong consultative communication skills and a focus on value generation
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales processes (active prospecting)
- Experience in digital, services, technology, consulting, or HR is a strong plus
- Self-managed, disciplined, and target-oriented profile
- Own equipment and a structured remote workspace
