About the role

  • You will be responsible for generating commercial opportunities for our consultancy in people management, strategic recruitment and selection, HR implementation, organizational culture, etc.
  • Conduct active (outbound) prospecting focused on the B2B market
  • Identify decision-makers (HR, CEOs, managers) and generate genuine interest in our solution
  • Schedule qualified sales meetings based on ICP criteria
  • Work with contact cadences, CRM, and prospecting tools
  • Monitor KPIs and collaborate with the team to optimize conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or B2B pre-sales
  • Strong consultative communication skills and a focus on value generation
  • Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales processes (active prospecting)
  • Experience in digital, services, technology, consulting, or HR is a strong plus
  • Self-managed, disciplined, and target-oriented profile
  • Own equipment and a structured remote workspace
