About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own analytics execution and insight delivery across the revenue organization
- Ensure the business has clear, trusted data to drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to define key metrics, build reporting, and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Remain hands-on in building and validating reporting while managing and developing one analyst
- Elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of analytics across the organization
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations, partnering closely to align on priorities and ensure analytics efforts support broader business strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, revenue operations, or a related data-driven function
- Experience supporting decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success
- SaaS industry experience is preferred
- Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts (direct management experience preferred)
- Advanced Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and warehouse concepts (ETL/ELT, schemas, source of truth); experience with Big Query and Python is preferred
- Experience working with Salesforce and GTM systems; ability to partner cross-functionally with technical teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to operational outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
