Sales Development Representative – SDR
Solutionreach, Inc.Sales Development Representative engaging healthcare practices to drive sales pipeline. This role is hybrid with a base outside of Lehi, UT, driving opportunities for Account Executives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for creating pipeline for Account Executives by engaging healthcare practices and driving qualified opportunities
- Own outbound pipeline generation across phone, email, and sequencing platforms
- Execute high-volume, high-quality prospecting daily (calls, emails)
- Qualify inbound and/or outbound leads against defined criteria
- Book meetings that convert to pipeline and revenue
- Partner closely with Account Executives to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
- Continuously refine messaging, objection handling, and targeting
- Consistently mock call, practice, and refine new talk tracks both alone and with peers and leadership; role play conversations with prospects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and direct)
- Comfort with high-volume outbound activity
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain intensity
- High level of personal accountability
- Coachability and willingness to implement feedback quickly
- Organized and disciplined with time and follow-up
- Prior SDR, BDR, or sales experience preferred
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
- Background in SaaS or healthcare is a plus
