• Support the solar sales team by managing documentation and ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems.
• Act as a key point of contact for sales representatives during the pre-installation process, addressing questions and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate closely with sales reps to review contracts and ensure all necessary information is collected for project hand off.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, permitting, and project management) to track the status of each sale and ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and pipeline data in CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Assist in qualifying leads, scheduling site assessments, and gathering customer utility data and documentation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with sales reps and dealer organizations to provide a high-quality customer experience.
