About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of sourcing projects for subcategories such as temporary labor, business services, and IT services
Conduct market analyses, price comparisons, and supplier benchmarking
Prepare and launch, under supervision, limited-scope RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
Provide administrative follow-up on contracts and purchase orders in ERP systems
Compile data and prepare tracking reports for sourcing projects
Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements
Keep the sourcing project pipeline up to date in DevOps
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing processes
Join the Global Procurement & Supply Management (GPSM) team and develop strategic sourcing skills under the supervision of the Strategic Sourcing Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

College or university degree in procurement, business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (relevant internships considered)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and a curious mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently with appropriate guidance
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Proactive attitude and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of an ERP system (Oracle, SAP) is an asset
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
