About the role
- Structure this new service offering (working tools, budget, compliance)
- Meet with, advise, and support clients
- Prepare wills
- Execute corporate mandates (drafting legal contracts)
- Update minute books and the corporate register
- Incorporation
- Carry out any other mandates within the professional’s field of expertise
- Develop the client base
- Work in collaboration with the tax department on various mandates
- Keep knowledge up to date, stay informed of legislative changes, and inform the team
Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires (Chamber of Notaries)
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the areas of expertise listed above
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
- Strategic vision and commitment to the organization’s values and mission
- Excellent prioritization, deadline and time management skills
- Autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Excellent client service orientation
- Motivation and interest in developing the new service
