About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the technical architecture for incorporating AI (LLMs, RAG, agents) into the company’s products
Act as the technical and strategic AI point of reference, supporting other departments in identifying application opportunities
Evaluate and recommend AI and cloud tools, platforms, and providers suitable for each use case
Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, developed primarily in C#/.NET
Ensure MLOps best practices, monitoring, and governance of models in production
Safeguard security, privacy and compliance (LGPD) in implemented solutions
Translate business needs into viable technical solutions, prioritizing impact and scalability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory: reside in the state of São Paulo (SP), preferably in São José dos Campos or nearby
Completed degree in Information Technology or a related field
Strong experience in systems development, with proficiency in C# and .NET
Practical experience implementing AI solutions in production (not only in proof-of-concept)
Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG and/or AI agents
Experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Ability to communicate with non-technical areas and present technical decisions to leadership
