About the role
- Prospect potential companies to create connections and spark interest, nurture and generate leads that result in scheduled meetings for our Account Executive team.
- Build monthly outbound lead lists for prospecting;
- Conduct outreach and qualification contacts with potential clients via calls and emails;
- Follow the qualification script based on the client profile and the most suitable solution;
- Record and organize customer information in the CRM;
- Study sales training materials, product information and, especially, the pains and challenges of the markets of our potential customers;
- Support prospects throughout the buying journey;
- Ensure the generation of qualified leads for opportunity development;
- Responsible for using and updating information in the Sales Engagement system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
- At least 1 year of experience working as an SDR;
- Persuasion and influencing skills;
- Assertive communication (verbal and written);
- Resilience, adaptability and openness to change;
- Comfortable with search tools (primarily LinkedIn);
- Good command of Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
