About the role

  • Prospect potential companies to create connections and spark interest, nurture and generate leads that result in scheduled meetings for our Account Executive team.
  • Build monthly outbound lead lists for prospecting;
  • Conduct outreach and qualification contacts with potential clients via calls and emails;
  • Follow the qualification script based on the client profile and the most suitable solution;
  • Record and organize customer information in the CRM;
  • Study sales training materials, product information and, especially, the pains and challenges of the markets of our potential customers;
  • Support prospects throughout the buying journey;
  • Ensure the generation of qualified leads for opportunity development;
  • Responsible for using and updating information in the Sales Engagement system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress);
  • At least 1 year of experience working as an SDR;
  • Persuasion and influencing skills;
  • Assertive communication (verbal and written);
  • Resilience, adaptability and openness to change;
  • Comfortable with search tools (primarily LinkedIn);
  • Good command of Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
