About the role

  • Define, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Build and evolve the product Roadmap for the short, medium and long term.
  • Apply and promote agile methodologies within the Squad (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Lead Product Discovery with strategic customers, identifying needs, opportunities and hypotheses.
  • Continuously refine product features together with the technical team.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and break them down into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform database queries and analyses (SQL) to understand data, diagnose issues and validate hypotheses.
  • Ensure the product documentation is up to date, including processes, flows and business rules.
  • Monitor the application in production, working with operational and technical teams to resolve incidents.
  • Use Bitrix to document, prioritize and track user stories and tasks.
  • Facilitate communication across areas, aligning expectations and ensuring delivery of value to the customer.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in financial solutions.
  • Experience defining and prioritizing backlog and roadmap.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and Squad rituals).
  • Analytical ability to analyze requirements, gather needs and decompose features.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and basic diagnostics.
  • Experience documenting flows, rules and functional specifications.
  • Clear communication skills, organization and alignment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting products in production and interacting with operational teams.
  • Proficiency with management tools such as Bitrix, Jira or similar.
  • Differentials (not required):
  • Experience with bank VANs, banking integrations and financial systems.
  • Knowledge of financial APIs (Pix, boletos, payments, reconciliation, billing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the CNAB standard and integrations with banks (Febraban).
  • Experience with high-volume transactional or mission-critical products.
  • Experience in regulatory environments, financial institutions or fintechs.
