About the role

  • Serve as the technical point of contact at the interface between Technology, Deployment, and Support teams;
  • Ensure the technical quality of integrations, performing validations of banking file layouts (e.g., CNAB) and API integrations;
  • Monitor and provide technical support for Theke APIs projects, ensuring adherence to defined technical and operational standards;
  • Ensure a structured knowledge transfer from Deployment to Support, guaranteeing continuity and operational stability;
  • Act as the technical escalation point for critical and high-complexity requests;
  • Ensure post-go-live stability by monitoring integrations and enforcing operational standards;
  • Actively contribute to the standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of integration and technical validation processes;
  • Work under the leadership of the Operations Manager, with technical autonomy within the scope of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields);
  • Solid experience in system deployments, technical integrations, and support of production environments;
  • Experience with integrations and validation of CNAB file layouts;
  • Experience serving as a technical focal point or reference in high-complexity projects;
  • Analytical ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues;
  • Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders;
  • Organized, with a sense of priorities and responsibility for deadlines and delivery quality.
  • **Differentials
  • Experience with payment methods, acquirers, bank VANs (value-added networks), or financial integrations;
  • Knowledge of SaaS environments;
  • Experience with technical documentation and process standardization;
  • Previous experience in high-volume transactional environments.
