Establish and drive procurement strategies across key corporate categories including HR, Travel, Finance, Marketing, and Communications.
Align sourcing initiatives with the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
Lead category strategies to optimize total cost of ownership, improve working capital, enhance supplier performance, and ensure supply continuity.
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
Proficiency in English
Experience sourcing corporate services (HR, Travel, Marketing, Finance, Communications)
Experience working in cross-functional or site-based teams
Project management and/or contract management experience
Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, PMP, CSCP, Six Sigma)
Strong business and financial acumen
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), eSourcing tools, and procurement platforms
Experience leading supplier negotiations and managing complex contracts
Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Master’s Degree (MBA or related field preferred)
Strategic thinking and execution
Negotiation and influencing skills
Stakeholder management
Analytical and financial skills
Supplier relationship management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
