About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with senior stakeholders across retailers, food service, cold chain, logistics, and warehouse operators
- Engage across all organizational levels, from technicians and facility managers to executive leadership, to understand operational challenges and strategic priorities
- Influence customer strategy by articulating value around refrigerant transition, sustainability, operational complexity, and total cost of ownership
- Act as a connector across the ecosystem (food retailers, OEMs, contractors, partners) to accelerate adoption of Solstice solutions
- Identify emerging market trends, regulatory shifts, and customer needs, acting as the voice of the market to internal stakeholders
- Partner with strategic marketing, R&D, sales, and technical teams to translate market insight into actionable strategies
- Support embedding Solstice solutions into customer and OEM roadmaps and long-term planning
- Build and grow a project pipeline through end-user engagement and industry collaboration
- Represent Solstice in industry associations, trade events, and working groups to drive visibility and thought leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in the HVACR industry
- Established network across retailers, cold chain/logistics operators, contractors, and/or refrigeration OEMs
- Strong ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Solid understanding of refrigeration systems, market dynamics, and customer operating environments
- Ability to translate operational realities into strategic discussions and value-based conversations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel (~50%)
