About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the end-to-end raw materials planning, production planning, inventory planning, and finished product distribution
Managing asset utilization, supply planning to meet dependent and independent demand forecast
Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify resources needed for effective supply chain
Maintaining detailed inventories of materials and supplies
Analyzing current inventories and procedures
Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain
Monitoring performance of suppliers and ensuring quality and timely delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in supply planning , materials management, or a related field
Strong guiding abilities and a dedication to innovation
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (supply chain, engineering, business, etc)
Experience in the Semiconductor Materials industry
Proven track record in complex supply planning / operations
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Passion for driving continuous improvement/lean six sigma
