About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing the end-to-end raw materials planning, production planning, inventory planning, and finished product distribution
  • Managing asset utilization, supply planning to meet dependent and independent demand forecast
  • Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify resources needed for effective supply chain
  • Maintaining detailed inventories of materials and supplies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in supply planning , materials management, or a related field
  • Strong guiding abilities and a dedication to innovation
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (supply chain, engineering, business, etc)
  • Experience in the Semiconductor Materials industry
  • Proven track record in complex supply planning / operations
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for driving continuous improvement/lean six sigma
