Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, prioritize, and pursue high value opportunities across OEMs, fabless, IDMs, subcontractors
Build and sustain senior level customer and partner relationships that accelerate technology adoption and long term revenue growth
Own and manage the opportunity pipeline, forecast revenue, and coordinate cross functional execution to achieve growth targets
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor packaging industry dynamics
Integrate and prioritize products and programs into a cohesive investment portfolio
Partner with engineering, R&D, and marketing teams to shape innovative product offerings
Oversee development of complex product strategies that fit within Solstice’s broader product roadmap
Collaborate with cross functional teams for alignment & execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in advanced packaging and related thermal management technologies
Minimum of 5 years in business development and/or strategic marketing roles
Proven track record of driving growth in electronics space through integrated BD and marketing strategies
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials, or related field
