About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Driving the growth and development of the product portfolio through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Guiding Sales on where to amplify or deprioritize focus, ensuring efforts align with business objectives.
Partnering with Sales and Strategic Marketing to drive adoption and increase share of demand.
Leading SPLs with Sales and Tech Service.
Supporting RFQs and Tenders to grow existing products and expand share in underserved regions and segments.
Introducing new SKU variants to better align with customer needs and providing innovation support for future NPIs in core markets.
Ensuring NPI pricing, margin, and volume align with portfolio strategy.
Supporting AOP and STRAP planning processes, contributing to long-term business planning and execution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong product management or relevant experience in the refrigerants (or similar) industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
