About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of a transformation roadmap for the Finance function aligning with the Company’s broader transformation agenda.
Work cross‑functionally to identify, prioritize and lead execution against transformation initiatives
Develop and oversee governance processes, ensure disciplined execution, and provide visibility to executive leadership on progress, risks, and financial performance.
Work closely with senior leaders across enterprises, including Finance, to ensure that transformation initiatives align with the Company’s strategic objectives.
Help build and develop a high‑performing culture by fostering collaboration and supporting change readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or accounting
CPA, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in finance disciplines, and/or finance transformation execution
Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem‑solving capabilities
Experience supporting Finance systems implementations at scale
Demonstrated ability to manage governance and financial metrics and measurement for transformation initiatives
Knowledge of core finance processes and best practices
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes and best practices preferred
Experience with post‑spin, post‑merger, or major corporate restructuring actions preferred
Experience with M&A integration preferred**
