About the role

  • Track and update progress on transition activities across all five pillars
  • Maintain and manage readiness trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Prepare agendas, capture action items, and distribute summaries for weekly TMO meetings
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks with functional leads
  • Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable reports
  • Identify risks and escalate issues promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
  • Support communication of key milestones and dependencies
  • Maintain dashboards or spreadsheets for budget tracking and spend analysis
  • Assist in preparing variance reports and financial summaries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management, or corporate strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple data sources and ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Due to compliance with U. S export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in U.S
