- Hold overall profit-and-loss responsibility for the business
- Drive breakthrough strategies for accelerated growth and inject growth to increase business size
- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize and grow the business at or greater than market rates
- Make the most of product technology, new product development, and engineering capabilities
- Own overall performance, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Significant customer-facing engagement in guiding and managing key high-profile programs with updates to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in the chemical industry, with significant exposure to product line ownership, business strategy, and international operations.
- Strong track record of leading P&L and delivering sustainable financial and operational results.
