Inside Sales

• Drive revenue in New Mexico by identifying new small business leads and building relationships
• Communicate the value of community solar to local businesses
• Set appointments for the outside sales team and potentially enroll businesses in community solar products
• Work with the B2B Sales team to identify SMB clients in New Mexico and other markets within identified vertical segments
• Complete research on prospective clients' business needs
• Utilize knowledge of market offerings and sales techniques to set appointments and close SMB opportunities
• Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
• Maintain active communication with B2B sales stakeholders
• Assist with paperwork to ensure all necessary contracts are executed
• Schedule presentations to prospective clients
• Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
• Prepare and submit sales proposals
• Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls
• Other duties as assigned
