About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe handling of all products.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for receiving, warehousing, and distribution to maximize efficiency.
- Manage the warehousing team, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of stock and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and fulfillment operations, optimizing the supply chain process.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Conduct regular safety checks and training to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in effectively managing personnel and warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehousing best practices.
- Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
