About the role
- Support customers by training, providing application engineering services and general technical consultancy in solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems and EV chargers
- Develop and maintain strong and synergetic relationships with key stakeholders in Solplanet´s distributor, installer and/or EPC network
- Collaborate with the sales teams to maintain customer relationships, gain customer trust and strengthen customer loyalty
- Deliver online or onsite training to customers such as distributors and installers
- Establish and maintain knowledge of current and upcoming local regulatory requirements related to Solplanet products
- Leverage technical know-how and competitive insight to provide feedback to Product Management to enhance Solplanet’s product roadmap
- Work closely with Solplanet’s service teams and service partners in South Korea to assist customers in the after-sales phase
- Support all related sales activities and assist Country Manager for various operation works for Aiswei Korea
- Coordinate related activities to the distributors and customers and project development
- Coordinate & communicate to HQ for order receiving and confirmation and manage activities from orders up to delivery to the customers
Requirements
- Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Fluent in Korean and business fluent in English.
- In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
- Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage
