Security Engineer

• Serve as the primary "Control Point" for the DCSA; manage the FCL process from inception to full certification and oversee administrative functions performed by ISI.
• Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of CMMC Level 2 and RMF frameworks for classified and CUI enclaves.
• Conduct mandatory weekly technical audit reviews of system logs (in coordination with Propel IT) to ensure continuous NIST 800-171 compliance.
• Partner with the engineering team to categorize data and develop secure-by-design workflows that protect IP without hindering R&D velocity.
• Act as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO), integrating network telemetry with personnel behavioral indicators to minimize organizational risk.
• Serve as the primary technical lead for our third-party security and IT partners, ensuring all external outputs meet SoloPulse’s rigorous standards.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance software systems using modern languages such as C/C++ and Python
• Implement and optimize advanced digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for RF applications
• Build and streamline pipelines for processing high-throughput radar data using internal and customer-facing tools
• Develop low-level, performance-critical code to interface directly with hardware systems (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson platforms, SDRs)
• Architect and optimize systems for embedded and HPC environments, balancing memory, compute, and latency constraints
• Integrate and manage communication across multiple networking interfaces and devices in distributed systems
• Own end-to-end development of features and systems—from requirements and design through implementation and deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions

• Technical challenges cover a broad range of disciplines including antennas, the entire transmit and receive chain, radar system modeling, ground moving target identification, electronic warfare, maritime surveillance, image processing, algorithm development for advanced Radar image products and exploitation
• Design, development, and analysis of radar system and software architectures
• Design and implementation and testing of algorithms for detection, discrimination and tracking systems
• Modeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance metrics
• Develop unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithms for challenging mission applications
• Use common industry signal processing tools such as IDL, MATLAB, Python or C++ to analyze data and generate algorithms
• Analyze system level signal propagation, RF system performance, requirements development and review
• Collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, program management, and senior leadership
