Manage, mentor and develop the team, promoting continuous training and the technical and behavioral growth of team members.
Establish goals, service standards and quality levels, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Encourage team members to develop autonomy and decision-making skills in incident resolution and troubleshooting.
Supervise the team's daily activities, ensuring compliance with processes, deadlines and agreed service levels.
Monitor service level indicators (SLAs) and other KPIs related to operations and customer support.
Monitor governance dashboards, identifying deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Manage and oversee projects and operations in Multicloud environments, ensuring alignment between technical teams, processes and customer needs.
Support identification and resolution of critical issues, promoting corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure delivery quality and compliance with established agreements, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Delivery Supervisor, Operations Supervisor or similar role.
Experience managing and developing teams.
Knowledge and experience in projects and/or operations in Multicloud environments.
Knowledge of service level indicators, SLAs and KPIs.
Experience monitoring governance dashboards and indicators.
Ability to perform troubleshooting and support technical decision-making.
Strong focus on quality, results and customer satisfaction.
Good communication, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Leadership profile, organizational skills, analytical mindset and customer focus.
Ability to analyze indicators, manage priorities, make decisions and lead troubleshooting situations.
