About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on client sites, ensuring that clients and Solo Network implement and maintain consistent, secure, and efficient data governance practices.
Define and enforce policies, processes, catalogs, and standards that ensure data quality, security, compliance, and the strategic use of information.
Act as a technical and advisory reference, leading internal and external initiatives that raise governance maturity and promote responsible use of data.
Also handle higher-complexity cases and perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Develop, review, and implement data governance policies appropriate to the context of clients and Solo Network.
Create, maintain, and evolve data catalogs, ensuring traceability, accessibility, and integrity.
Define, monitor, and adjust quality standards based on objective metrics and indicators.
Establish and maintain security, classification, and data protection rules in compliance with regulations.
Map and support roles and responsibilities (Data Owners, Stewards, Custodians).
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams for effective policy application.
Conduct trainings, workshops, and awareness actions on governance and data security.
Support compliance projects and alignment with regulations such as LGPD and GDPR.
Lead or support internal initiatives for integration and standardization of governance practices.
Perform audits and reviews to measure and strengthen governance maturity.
Solid knowledge of governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK).
Experience with catalog and metadata management tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Alation).
Expertise in data classification, information security, and access policies.
Advanced practices in Data Quality Management.
Strong understanding of compliance and data protection legislation (LGPD, GDPR).
Understanding of enterprise data lifecycle and data architecture.
Experience in data governance, data quality, or information management and a proven track record implementing policies, catalogs, and information security controls.
