About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work in the Technology area; as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will be the technical focal point for Solo clients.
Assist in defining and implementing successful technology strategies.
Maximize IT efficiency and growth within client organizations.
Provide tailored support and help reduce internal IT costs.
Advise on optimizing technology investments.
Work with and have experience in Solo's products and solutions.
Understand the technical complexities and specificities of each client.
Perform DevOps functions, integrating Development and Operations teams.
Provide training and guidance to the team regarding Solo best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Degree in IT, Computer Networks, Process Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, related fields, or relevant certifications
Knowledge and skills in Infrastructure and DevOps
Multicloud and FinOps skills
Experience in IT and infrastructure, including Windows Server implementation (Active Directory) and cloud services
Knowledge of IT security aspects
Certifications: AZ-104 or similar
AZ-900 or similar
AZ-304
AZ-400
AZ-700 or equivalents
Google Cloud Engineer or equivalent
